1. Overview
Welcome to Alvieva Apparel Ltd. (“Alvieva,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Alvieva operates as a direct apparel manufacturing and B2B sourcing platform connecting verified global buyers with approved factories in Bangladesh and beyond.
2. Business Nature
Alvieva Apparel Ltd. is a fully registered manufacturing and export company in Bangladesh.
We produce and export garments including t-shirts, hoodies, polos, hats, uniforms, and other knitwear for international brands and wholesalers.
All business transactions are conducted under formal Purchase Orders (PO), Proforma Invoices (PI), and international trade compliance laws.
3. Pricing & Quotations
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
Prices are based on quantity, materials, design, and current market conditions.
Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
Shipping, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer unless specified in writing.
4. Payments
We accept payments through Telegraphic Transfer (TT), Letter of Credit (LC), or other approved banking methods.
Production begins only after payment confirmation or LC issuance.
For LC transactions, all terms must be clearly defined before production.
Partial advance payment (typically 30–50%) may be required prior to production for smaller or new buyers.
5. Order Process
- Buyer submits an inquiry or quotation request.
- Alvieva provides cost sheet and Proforma Invoice (PI).
- Upon payment or LC confirmation, production begins.
- Pre-production sample approval is mandatory before bulk production.
- Final inspection is conducted before shipment.
Alvieva reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that violates compliance or export regulations.
6. Production & Lead Time
Production lead time varies based on fabric type, quantity, and complexity.
Estimated delivery dates are provided during order confirmation but may vary due to external factors such as port congestion, customs delay, or raw material shortages.
7. Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are handled under Incoterms (FOB, CFR, CIF, or as agreed).
We offer both sea and air freight options.
Once goods are shipped, the risk of loss transfers to the buyer unless insurance coverage is arranged.
8. Quality Assurance
Each order undergoes strict multi-stage quality control including fabric testing, stitching inspection, and final packing verification.
Buyers are encouraged to inspect goods before shipment or appoint a third-party inspection agency.
Claims regarding product quality must be made within 7 days of receipt.
9. Returns & Claims
Due to the custom nature of production, returns or exchanges are not accepted once goods are printed, embroidered, or shipped.
If any major defect is proven to be from our side, Alvieva will either replace the defective goods or issue a credit note after verification.
10. Intellectual Property
All logos, artwork, and brand designs provided by the buyer remain their intellectual property.
Alvieva will not reproduce or share designs with any third party without written consent.
11. Compliance & Ethics
Alvieva factories follow international labor, safety, and environmental standards including OEKO-TEX® and BSCI compliance.
We do not engage with factories failing to meet ethical manufacturing requirements.
12. Limitation of Liability
Alvieva is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, arising from product delays, shipment issues, or order cancellations.
13. Governing Law
All agreements are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and applicable international trade regulations.
Any disputes shall be settled through arbitration under the Bangladesh Arbitration Act 2001 or mutually agreed forum.
